ChadScales — About
ABOUT

What ChadScales does, and how it's built.

ChadScales designs and builds custom operational infrastructure for service businesses, the same disciplined, audit-first approach used to run ChadScales itself.

Audit first. Every build starts with one. Custom code, not a workflow tool. Built the same way ChadScales runs its own growth engine. Boutique by design, capped intake.

What we do

ChadScales builds custom-coded operational infrastructure, written code running on a dedicated server, not a shared workflow platform. What that actually looks like changes by business. For a mortgage brokerage it might be a system that chases lender stips the moment they land. For a recruitment agency, re-surfacing candidates already sitting in the ATS. For an allied health practice, filling a cancellation slot before reception even notices it opened.

Different business, different system. Same underlying discipline: map the operation first, build only what the audit actually finds, hand over something that runs without anyone needing to babysit it.

Who we work best with

01
Mortgage brokerages settling 15+ loans a month
With a small back-office team feeling the document-chasing load directly.
02
Recruitment agencies with 3 or more consultants
Where manual CV formatting and database re-sourcing eat real hours most days.
03
Allied health practices with 3 or more practitioners
With a genuine cancellation and admin overhead problem, not a hypothetical one.
04
Any service business with a real operational bottleneck
Not just curiosity. The audit exists to find a specific, costed problem worth fixing.

What we do best

Diagnosis

Operational audits

Mapping exactly where time and money are going before a single line of code gets written.

Build

Custom infrastructure

Python on a dedicated server, built around the software you already use, not a replacement for it.

Architecture

Compliance-aware by design

Client and patient data boundaries built into the architecture itself, not bolted on as a policy.

Ongoing

Platform Stewardship

Monthly monitoring and a written report showing exactly what the system did and recovered.

Built on what already runs

ChadScales doesn't just build infrastructure for clients, it runs on its own.

Live product

Relay

Missed-call and lead follow-up infrastructure for trade businesses. Live, already running for paying customers.

In development

Atlas

The lead-generation and outreach infrastructure that runs ChadScales' own growth, not a generic automation, a custom-built pipeline that finds prospects, runs outreach, and routes warm replies to a real person.

It's designed to get sharper over time, learning which messages actually convert and feeding that back into how it operates. The same approach is currently being developed into a standalone, off-the-shelf outbound system for clients. Not available yet.

What we don't do

Sell generic workflow tools. No Make, no n8n, no Zapier, ever.
Access clinical data. Allied health builds operate on scheduling and billing only, by architectural design.
Promise a build before the audit. Nothing gets scoped without a real diagnostic first.
Take on more active builds than can be delivered well. Intake is capped on purpose.

How we work

01

Identify

The audit maps the operation and puts a real dollar figure on the bottleneck.

02

Build

Scoped against the audit findings, built around the tools already in use, tested before going live.

03

Hand over

A walkthrough of what was built, confirmation it's running as expected, and two weeks of close support.

Credentials

ChadScales is run by Noah Kemp, based in Melbourne, currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Cybersecurity. That's the same lens behind the data-security architecture every build is held to: isolated server infrastructure, no third-party cloud handling client data, and no shared automation platform sitting between a client's systems and their information.

Before ChadScales, the same operational lens was applied across a broader mix of service and ecommerce businesses through operations consulting.

Questions we get

It means building a system from scratch around a specific business's actual workflow, rather than configuring an existing platform to approximate it. ChadScales starts every build with a paid audit that maps exactly what's needed before any code gets written, so the system fits the real requirement, not a generic template.
Industry-wide estimates range anywhere from $10,000 to $500,000 or more, which isn't a useful number for a small service business. ChadScales prices differently: the $1,500 audit finds the real, specific cost of the bottleneck first, then any build is priced at roughly 10% of the annual value it recovers, not a generic estimate.
Off-the-shelf workflow tools connect existing apps with visual automations that can break the moment an upstream API changes. Custom-coded infrastructure is written for the exact software stack in use, runs on a dedicated server, and doesn't depend on a third-party platform sitting between a client's systems and their data.
No. It's an operational diagnostic that maps workflow and technology gaps and calculates what they're costing annually. Nothing to do with financial statements, accounting compliance, or regulatory audits.
Because the person who maps your operation during the audit is the same person who writes the code and configures the server. There's no handoff between a senior pitch and a junior build.
Those three are the current focus, not the limit. The same operational approach has been applied across a broader mix of service and ecommerce businesses before.
Relay is a live product, missed-call and lead follow-up for trade businesses, already running for paying customers. Atlas is ChadScales' own outbound lead-generation infrastructure, currently being developed into a standalone offering, not available yet.
No. The system runs in the background once it's built. If something needs adjusting, you call or email, you don't manage code or infrastructure yourself.
