Questions owners ask
Who owns the Google Ads account?
The business does. Chad Scales sets the account up in your name, the spend is charged to your own card, and the account, its history and its tracking stay with you.
What counts as a qualified enquiry?
A genuine potential client in your agreed area, asking about the service being advertised. Spam, sales calls, suppliers, job seekers and out-of-area enquiries don't count. The definition is agreed in writing before launch.
Do I need a new website to run Google Ads?
Not a whole new website. Google Ads needs a page about the service being advertised, with tap to call and a short form. If that page doesn't exist, Chad Scales builds it as part of the setup.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Chad Scales quotes after looking at your market, because the right budget depends on the service, the area and the competition. Ad spend is paid directly to Google on your own card.
I already work with an agency. Why speak with Chad Scales?
The free review shows where your ad budget is going, whether or not you switch. It's an independent view you can take back to your current provider.
Should a business do SEO or Google Ads first?
Tracking first, then ads, because ads start working the week they go on. Getting onto the map is a separate job: local SEO. The full answer is on the page about whether a trade business should do SEO or Google Ads first.
